My Story

I started in IT in 1998 as a SQL Administrator before transitioning to Technical Support roles and then on to Technical Service Management and Service Delivery Management roles for several large corporations in various industry sectors before entering the world of consultancy.

I have worked within the Transport, Financial, Fast Moving Consumer Goods and IT Managed Services industries over a 25 year period.

Throughout, there have been 3 things that I have always remained passionate about and focussed on - People, Service and Technology (I know, I missed out the Process). Despite my love of technology, and all that it has to offer, it can never replace the human touch and the value of personal interactions. That will never change.

I started JCE Consult as I felt that I had a lot to offer in the consultancy space. The are many trials and tribulations in business and technology and navigating those challenges can seem difficult and daunting. I aim to make things as simple as possible for my clients by offering insight, guidance, clarity and support.
